Buying and selling watches with Jeweller Burger

Usually we have around 400 to 500 watches in stock. We try to keep it within these boundaries. Yet sometime this could prove quite difficult since we can't order watches from a large wholesaler.

Aside from the fact that we try to keep our collection as diverse as possible. The trick in keeping a constant flow of watches coming in and going out, is searching all over the world for watches that are in good condition for a fair price. That’s why we have a large network of watch dealers and regular customers that value our long term relationships with them. And appreciate our way of doing business.

The thing we value most when communicating with our customers or relations is a “cristal clear” way of talking and negotiating. Both in our shop in Maastricht and via telephone or E-mail we will be direct and straightforward at all times. This means that when selling a watch to us we expect to receive all information you can provide, including good clear pictures. So that there will be no unnecessary surprises when an exchange is made. Off course we understand that sometimes it can be difficult for some to provide all information, may it be due to lack of knowledge or incompleteness of a watch. In that case, most of the times we will ask them to come to the shop or send the watch so we can have a look for ourselves.

Some of you may have noticed that we respond E-mails until as late as 23:00 hours. And are exceptionally fast when it comes to responding to any questions or requests made during the day. We are able to do this because most of the days we work with five or six passionate colleagues whom are all very much all-round when it comes to buying and selling high end watches. Together we have 65 years of experience with professionally buying and selling second hand watches. And even more if you count the years when we were privately collecting and buying watches.
